Join the Fun at the 2024 Tab Golf Classic!

What do golf, fun, and generosity have in common? They are all part of the Tab’s Annual Golf Classic, an annual event that raises money for the Deacons’ Benevolence Fund and the Tab Community Care Fund. These compassion funds provide short-term financial assistant to individuals in our church family and neighborhood during times of unemployment, disability, or other critical setbacks.

The Golf Classic is not only a fundraiser, but also a fun day out. You can enjoy a friendly game of golf at the beautiful Eagle Creek Golf Club, compete for prizes, and challenge the pastor in a special contest. If you’re not a golfer, you can also still show your support by sponsoring a hole or making a donation. The event has grown over the years, reaching record-breaking amounts of money raised and attracting more players and sponsors.

This year’s Tab Golf Classic will take place on Saturday, October 12 at Eagle Creek Golf Club. Start time is 9 AM. To sign up, watch for the registration table on Sunday mornings. You can sign up as an individual or as a team of four. The cost will be $75 per player, which includes green fees and a golf cart.

Ways to Participate

    • Play and have lunch with us: Come and join the fun on the golf course.
    • Sponsor a hole: Help make the event a financial success by sponsoring one of the holes. All sponsors receive recognition via signage that lists their name and/or company identity/logo.
    • Take advantage of special opportunities: Throughout the course, you will find friendly competitions or unique advantages offered for a cash donation. You will even have the chance to play a hole against Pastor Terri and opportunities to meet and greet Interim Pastor Bill!
    • Make a donation: Can’t make it to the event? You can still support the cause by making a donation to the Annual Tab Golf Classic, which will benefit the Benevolence or Community Care Fund.

Sponsor Levels

Gold Tee Sponsor ($300+)
    • Sponsor a hole with a sign displaying your name or company logo. Name or company logo displayed at registration table.
Blue Tee Sponsor ($200)
    • Shared sponsorship of a hole with a sign displaying your name or company logo.
Red Tee Sponsor ($100)
    • Shared sponsorship of a hole with others with a sign displaying your name or company logo.

Sponsorship and registration are desired by Sunday, October 6, 2024.
